Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are included
  • The product was not purchased during a final clearance or non-returnable sale

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

To request a return:

  3. Once approved, pickup instructions or return shipping details will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect to the original mode of payment, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
  • If an exchange is approved, the exchange product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days and post dispatch it will be delivered to you within 5-8 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
